  • Use Facebook to generate leads. They have tools that you should be taking advantage of. Market place, joining groups, and learning which content is gaining traction with which audience. 
  • Once you have a portfolio of content that stands out, posting gets easier & it’s time to branch out. Start posting once a week to Pinterest, youtube twitter etc
  • Linked in is GREAT for networking 
  • Tik Tok can be great! Those 18-year-olds on tik tok could be buying a house in 5 years. 

3. Quality over quantity

  • Content is overwhelming now a days. We are constantly digesting new information & this has created a very saturated market.
  • Not only does content need to be better but we need to be editing the photos & videos to be aesthetically pleasing, a step above the rest.
  •   *** Hack! Yes, we all hate when Becky posts a 3 paragraph post on why she’s happier and healthier since she started selling Arbonne . However, the Instagram algorithm is set to view content that gets longer views to be more popular. This makes videos and longer captions & hashtags KEY.

  • These are the three main factors that are so important to create on all platforms
  • People start to gravitate towards because they feel like they can trust you & relate. 
  • Share the good bad & the ugly 
  • People work with YOU. Not your just sold photo or just listed but YOU.

6. Go all in on Value

  • Don’t be afraid to share information with everyone. 
  • People are going to come to you because they see the value and information that you’re bringing forward! 
  • Leverage it!
  • Don’t be afraid that someone else is going to take your information, run with it and use it to your advantage.
